Until his death in 2022, Caroll was known for his hard work and caring personality. He loved making others smile with his jokes. His Friday cookouts at the shop were the highlight for many.
As the Owner of Ported Tools, Inc., Caroll took pride in providing First Class service and products to his customers. He made himself available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. His high standards allowed him to standout from the rest. Although Caroll is no longer here, Ported Tools, Inc. still follows these same standards every day!
Robert Grossie. General Manager
Robert initially broke into the Oilfield & Gas Industry in 1978. Joining Caroll at HOTCO, they supplied downhole drill strings and rotating heads to drilling locations throughout the United States, the Middle East and the North Sea. Not long after that, Robert was tasked with opening and operating new company locations in Oklahoma and Texas. In 1994, Robert and Caroll teamed up again, providing cleanout and fishing strings for the Coiled Tubing Industry, while continuing to supply Orbit Air Actuated Valves to service companies.
Robert quickly became a partner Caroll trusted to handle day to day operations. Robert's knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry is evident to everyone he works with. Having worked with Caroll for so long, Robert understands our most valuable assets at PTI are our customers!
